Who We Are and Your Agreement
Contractor TShirts provides custom printed apparel and design services. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Contractor TShirts. By using our website, requesting design work, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you order for a company, you confirm that you have permission to act for that company.
Quotes and Estimates
Website prices, quotes, and estimates are not final until we confirm your order details and price in writing. Final pricing depends on the apparel, quantities, artwork, print locations, and delivery details. We will confirm any price change before you commit to it.
The $20 Design Fee
The $20 design fee covers artwork cleanup and mockups for your order. We apply the full $20 to your order. If you do not place an order after we deliver your mockups, the fee becomes $20 in store credit with no expiry. If you cancel before design work begins, we refund the full $20. Contact us to request a cancellation.
Store Credit
Store credit belongs to your customer account. It is non-transferable and has no cash value. Available credit is applied to your order total at checkout and shown in your order summary. Credit cannot exceed the amount due. Any unused credit stays on your account for a future order. Contact us before paying if your credit is missing.
Your Artwork
By submitting a logo or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have a license that lets us use it to complete your order. You give us permission to clean up and print that artwork for you. We may decline artwork that infringes another person's rights or is offensive. You may download your cleaned artwork from the customer portal.
Proof Approval
Production starts only after you approve your mockup in writing, including approval through the customer portal. Check all text, spelling, colors, placement, sizes, and quantities before approving. You are responsible for errors you approve on the proof. Changes requested after approval may change the price or delivery estimate.
Production and Delivery
Production and delivery lead times are estimates. Apparel availability, proof changes, and carrier delays can affect timing. We will let you know about delays we become aware of. Apparel colors, fit, and measurements can vary between items and batches. Printed colors and placement may vary slightly from a screen mockup or from one item to another.
Returns and Reprints
Custom goods are made for you and are not returnable. If we make an error, report it within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description, and photos so we can review it. We will reprint the affected items or refund the amount paid for them for errors we caused. This does not cover errors on a proof you approved.
Payments, Chargebacks, and Disputes
Payment amounts and due dates are shown at checkout or on your invoice. You agree to pay the confirmed charges, including any listed tax and shipping costs. Please contact us promptly if a charge looks wrong or you have an order concern. We will review it with you and work toward a resolution. If you open a chargeback, we may provide the payment provider with order records, approvals, and delivery details. These terms do not limit your right to dispute a charge under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses caused by an order or use of our website. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them and do not remove rights that the law gives you.
Governing Law
Pennsylvania law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any consumer rights that must apply under the law remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Updated terms apply to website use and orders placed after the update. The terms in effect when we confirm your order continue to apply to that order.
