Size Charts

Ordering for a crew means guessing sizes for other people, so here are the actual garment measurements for everything we print, straight from the manufacturer spec sheets. Each chart shows the garment's measurements in inches plus the body chest range that size is built to fit.

Chest width is measured across the garment laid flat, one inch below the armhole. Double it for the full chest circumference. If someone is between sizes, size up.

T-Shirts

Our standard crew tee is a heavyweight 100% cotton tee. Crews that work in the heat often switch to the cooling performance tee, which runs a slightly longer, athletic cut.

How to Measure

Chest: Measure under the arms and around the fullest part of the chest with arms down, keeping the tape horizontal. Match that number to the “fits body chest” row.
Body length: Measured from the high point of the shoulder down to the finished hem. Useful for judging how long the shirt runs on taller or shorter crew members.
Best shortcut: Grab a shirt that already fits well, lay it flat, and measure its chest width and length. Compare those numbers to the charts above instead of measuring bodies.
