Most printers set a minimum because their process makes small orders unprofitable for them. Ours doesn't. You can order a single custom shirt, a dozen for a new crew, or a full company run — the process and quality are identical. No hoops, no "call us for small orders," no surprise fees at checkout.

Why most printers have minimums and we don't

Traditional screen printing burns a separate screen for every color in your design, and that setup takes time and materials whether you print ten shirts or two hundred. To cover it, printers set minimums and per-color fees. It's not greed — it's how the process works.

We print full color digitally, so there's no screen to burn and no setup to amortize across a big run. One shirt costs the same per unit to set up as fifty. That's why we can say yes to a single shirt, and why a detailed, multi-color logo costs no more to print than a simple one.

What it costs at different quantities

No minimum doesn't mean one shirt costs the same as fifty — volume still earns a discount. The per-shirt price steps down as your order grows, so a bigger run is genuinely cheaper per unit. What you won't pay is a setup fee standing between you and a small first order, and you'll always see the real price up front before you commit.

That makes it easy to start small — order a few to check the quality and fit — then reorder in volume once you're sure.

Employee names, no extra setup

The same digital printing that removes minimums also makes personalization cheap. Competitors usually add employee names with embroidery, which means a digitizing fee, a per-name setup charge, and extra days of turnaround. We print names in full color, so a twelve-person crew with twelve different names ships on the same timeline as a plain order — with no per-name upcharge.

That's a real advantage when you're outfitting a whole team, or adding a name for one new hire without restarting a setup.
